Recently Scott came over to give me an estimate for a sorely needed furnace replacement, which is being done today. His explanations were clear and informative with no pressure or sales pitch, and he answered all my questions in a very friendly manner. He returned today to give me high-efficiency furnace rebate forms and carefully explained their use to ensure that I would receive the rebates.
