Kingspan Insulation brings you a new cutting-edge premium performance HVAC system combining Kingspan KoolDuct panels, fabrication methods, coupling systems, a professional fabrication training program, and a complete line of accessories to produce pre-insulated rectangular HVAC ductwork system that can achieve SMACNA air-leakage Class 3 designation.
Kingspan offers a complete product line of materials, tools, and accessories to fabricate ductwork from the Kingspan KoolDuct system. Kingspan also offers the Kingspan KoolDuct Training Course through appointed system delivery partners and selected ITI training facilities.
Kingspan KoolDuct panels have a fiber-free installation core which minimizes the risk of loose fibers entering the air stream through the ductwork. This provides improved indoor air quality compared to other insulants. Kingspan KoolDuct panels come in 7/8" and 1 3/16" thicknesses with installed and out-of-package R-values of R-6.0 and R-8.0 respectively.
